  • 1.Vibrating Feeder deliver river stone into Jaw Crusher.

  • 2.In Jaw Crusher, river stone was crushed into <150mm.

  • 3.<150mm rock would be crushed in Cone Crusher for fine crushing.

  • 4.<The first Vibrating Screen separate discharging sizes into: >40mm, 5-40mm and <5mm.

  • 5.>40mm return back to Cone Crusher, <5mm is the final sand.

  • 6.5-40mm enter into VSI Sand Maker for sand making specially.
