The single cylinder cooler has a simple structure and reliable operation. Used in the rotary kiln system of the refractory industry to cool clinker such as clay, magnesia and sintered dolomite. The single cylinder cooler is one of the main configuration equipment of the rotary kiln production system. It has a simple structure, good stability and reliable operation.
The function of the single cylinder cooler is to exchange air heat with the the clinker from the rotary kiln (1000-1200 °C) through the rotary cylinder, so that the material is cooled to below (200 °C), and the clinker quality is improved. Easy to grind, the hot air after cooling the material will put into the kiln, as the secondary circulation air, the thermal efficiency of the kiln is improved
