Solution 1：Stationary solution

  • 1.Vibrating Feeder deliver Basalt into Jaw Crusher,

  • 2.In Jaw Crusher, rock was crushed into <200mm, this is coarse crushing.

  • 3.Stock Pile make sure Cone Crusher get the full cavity feeding.

  • 4.<200mm rock would be crushed again in first Cone Crusher, this is medium crushing.

  • 5.First Vibrating Screen separate discharging sizes into: >32mm, 5-32mm, 0-5mm.

  • 6.5-32mm enter into next stage for further seprating, and >32mm deliver to second Cone Crusher for fine crushing, final output sizes: 0-5mm, 5-12mm, 12-25mm and 25-32mm.
